Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth operation Food & Beverage Department
- The accuracy of coordination with other Department and the exterior of the hotel associated with the field work
- Responsible for the quality of food and beverages, including its presentation
- The accuracy of the planned sale of food and beverages
Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Diploma IV degree in Food & Beverage Management/ Hotel Management
- Having at least 3 years experience in similar position from 3 to 5 stars hotel
- Understands the whole aspects of hotel/resort’s F&B management, from planning, budgeting, production, quality dining services, banqueting , catering, marketing, training, sales to effective operation analysis
- Able to prepare strategic operation plan with logical details & assumptions
- Able to provide alternative advices and solutions to F&B matter
- Understands the principle of Good Corporate Governance practices
- Communicates in good English, spoken and written
2. Chief Engineer
Lombok (Nusa Tenggara Barat)
Responsibilities:
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the efficient operation of the entire mechanical and electrical engineering systems of the hotel including the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure their efficiency and optimum utilisation. The terms of building management, the Engineer undertakes and implements spesific engineering projects to ensure that the entire complex retains its intended functional capabilities and aesthetic value
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical & Electrical
- Having at least 3 years experience in similar position from 3 to 5 stars hotel
- Understands the whole aspects of hotel/resort Engineering
- Able to plan, coordinate, direct and control all Engineering activities which include Mechanical, Electrical and Civil works
- Able to prepare strategic operation plan with logical details & assumptions
- Able to provide alternative advices and solutions to engineering matters
- Understands the principle of Good Corporate Governance practices
- Able to produce accurate and timely reporting related matters
3. Executive Housekeeper
Lombok (Nusa Tenggara Barat)
Responsibilities:
Basic Function :
To supervise the maintenance of cleanliness and attractive appearance in Guest accommodations and Public Area. To see the operation that all guest laundry and hotel linens are washed according to specifications and to see that all personnel performing assigned jobs in the department. To ensure that all operations are going in accordance with established standards
Scope :
Is responsible for all Housekeeping problems, suppliers, linen, equipment, personnel in the department, work orders to engineering and any other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Diploma IV degree in Hotel Management
- Having at least 3 years experience in similar position from 3 to 5 stars hotel
- Understands the whole aspects of hotel/resort’s Housekeeping management from office administration, guest rooms, public areas, laundry, gardening, decorations
- Able to produce, interprete and analize Housekeeping Operation reports
- Able to prepare strategic operation plan with logical details & assumptions
- Able to provide alternative advices and solutions to Houskeeping and Guest Service matters
- Understands the principle of Good Corporate Governance practices
- Able to produce accurate and timely reporting related matters

4. Executive Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant Manager assists the General Manager and the Hotel Manager. He/she provides both Managers with information of all the departments. An Executive Assistant Manager is responsible for keeping a perfect coordination between all departments and controlling their operation with regards to the company’s standards, revenues and controlling costs and the highest comfort and satisfaction for guests
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Hotel Management
- Minimum 10 years in Hotel Operation
- Minimum 3 years in similar position or being a senior manager in the Hotel
- Understands the whole aspects of hotel/resort’s Operation management from Rooms Division, Food & Beverage Division, Sales & Marketing, Maintenance & Repair, Finance & Accounting and Human Resources
